Thank you so much Geraldine. Same to you my friend. These times have been teaching me a lot about resilience. That’s for sure. May God give us the strength to get through this. Many blessings to you this year and always.
Hi Alex, It’s good to hear from you. How are you? I’m sorry that I didn’t get to your comment till now. It’s been a busy/stressful time for me, but I’ve finally caught a break. I hope that you’re doing better!
You’re welcome! I’m grateful to hear that you found the words inspiring and encouraging. 🙂
I am working on something right its been real struggle because the sense of Raw vulnerability I am going to be showing of me haven’t allowed in very long time.
This something I need to do for me I have to do for me .
I also have come to realization that I do have resentment towards my father for choosing to let be collateral damage
I think it’s brave of you to share raw vulnerability and to stay true to yourself, to do things for you. I understand why you feel resentment towards your father. I think for me resentment has always been for other people’s actions and words that I can’t change and that led to hurt. So I totally understand why that leads to resentment. I think we’ve talked about this before about transformation. I wonder if when we feel resentment if it can be transformed into something else?
Thank you! I wanted to give Mary Oliver credit for inspiring the phrases, but they’re not by her. The quote was inspired by Mary Oliver’s quote: “Tell me, what is it you plan to do / with your one wild and precious life?” from her poem “The Summer Day”.
Beautifully presented and so true.
I hope you have a very good New Year after the tough one we’ve all endured.
Take care, stay safe, be well.😊
