Be kind to yourself

Feeling off is one of the worst feelings ever. You lose your motivation. It throws off your plans. When you’re feeling off, it takes more effort to be positive and to be considerate about everything and everyone.

As much as we hear about the importance of showing kindness, today’s message is for you: be kind to yourself, too. Show patience and love to yourself by not judging how you’re feeling. If youโ€™re feeling blue, find acceptance for how youโ€™re feeling.ย 

Give yourself the same attention and kind words you’d give someone if they were in your place. Tell yourself words of kindness to remind you: You are beautiful. You are loved. You are one of a kind.
