Be kind to yourself

Feeling off is one of the worst feelings ever. You lose your motivation. It throws off your plans. When you’re feeling off, it takes more effort to be positive and to be considerate about everything and everyone.

As much as we hear about the importance of showing kindness, today’s message is for you: be kind to yourself, too. Show patience and love to yourself by not judging how you’re feeling. If you’re feeling blue, find acceptance for how you’re feeling.Β 

Give yourself the same attention and kind words you’d give someone if they were in your place. Tell yourself words of kindness to remind you: You are beautiful. You are loved. You are one of a kind.

      If I’m completely honest at the beginning it was my love for writing, for wisdom, for beauty, and for truth. At the beginning I had no idea it would turn out the way it is now, my inspiration changes as time goes by…

      Over time, what has kept me blogging is my love of self growth. so sometimes I turn life experiences into something which I hope is helpful for my readers. my writing has become more purposeful to help others on their path of self growth.
