Why you should be grateful for your problems

You don’t feel grateful for the problem when it’s right in front of you. It’s later on in your life when you see its value. Sometimes we create unnecessary problems for ourselves. Then we come to find that there was no problem in the first place. It was all in our thinking and attitude about said problem.

Changing the way we see our problems makes a difference. This is when we give our challenges the chance to transform our lives and ourselves. The focus goes from the chaos or stress they bring to wisdom or perspective.

Our problems make us better problems solvers, help us build confidence, helps us build strength, and gives us perspective. What was once a major problem, later on, feels insignificant as we face more complex problems in our lives.

We’re all on our own different paths made up of so many different experiences, but one of the things that connects us all is that we all have problems. Our challenges lead us to very beautiful places. We experience things like peace, unity, acceptance, forgiveness, confidence, and trust as a result. Let’s learn to face our problems with grace and patience.

41 things to be grateful for

When I lived in Oklahoma, Spring meant tornado season, thunderstorms, and the possibility of the electricity going out. Only then did I notice my dependence on light bulbs, the internet, and kitchen appliances.

If you are looking for things to be grateful for today or a reminder of the abundance in your life, I’ve written a list of 41 things to feel grateful for.

These are the things I’ve been grateful in the past few months. I realize that not all of these things might be relevant to your life, so please feel free to add to the list in the comment section!

What are you grateful for today?

How to find abundance

If you want to live a life of abundance–whether you want happiness or prosperity in your life–I’m here to tell you that you already have these things.

You just want more of them. It’s easy to forget how much you’re already blessed with. I’m soo guilty of this.

So, how exactly do you find abundance?

Less is more

If you’re wondering how you already live a life of abundance, I want you to remember that saying: less is more. You don’t have to go buy anything fancy. You don’t have to buy anything at all to live more abundantly.

Take inventory of the abundance of physical & immaterial things already present in your life. Make a list of them.

Did you take stock of what you have? Did you notice that you have more than you think you have?

To live a more abundant life, embrace an abundance mindset to find abundance reflected back to you.

Being grateful on a daily basis helps create an abundance mindset. A minimalist lifestyle is also the perfect way of finding abundance of things you truly need and use.

Intuition & intention

Intuitively, we all know how to find more abundance in our lives.

If you’re unhappy with, say, your job or the way things are going in your life, intuitively, you know what next steps you should take to find happiness or to improve your life.

These next steps will require you to be bold in your decisions, to dream bigger, and to ask for what you want & don’t settle.

Hardwork

This one is self explanatory. To find abundance you have put in the work. Even if you don’t reach your end result as fast as you hoped for, I promise you that you will see an abundance of progress.

Living a life of abundance starts with you. Are you ready to adopt an abundance mindset? How grateful are you moment to moment?

Listen to your intuition to guide you to the next step to a more abundant life. Is your intuition telling you to dream bigger, to work harder, or to be bold with your decisions?
