If Complaining Won’t Fix Anything,

What will? It’s seems like there’s always something to complain about. The day could be flowing smoothly and out of nowhere, oops, a mistake, a complaint, a misunderstanding. Last week I caught myself in complaining mode. Too much on the work to-do list as always. No surprise there. Have you noticed that when complaining becomes a routine habit it takes away the beauty of life? If complaining won’t fix anything, what will? Feeling gratitude, simplifying, finding support, taking a break, slowing down the pace, creating a plan, and changing your attitude are simple ways to get out of complaining mode. You don’t need to apply every single one of these strategies. Choosing one of them is enough to help flip your day around. Feel Gratitude Look at your situation with gratitude. If a new expense came up this month, you can say, “I am grateful to have the money to pay for this expense.” This shift in perspective reminds you how blessed you are for having the means to solve a problem.
